Daytime Interactive Experience With Communal Lunch @ The Little Kitchen

Beginners, foodies and the inquisitive baker wanting to go a step further.

Ever fancied making your own sourdough, however, don't have the confidence or knowledge to get going? Then this one’s for you ... sourdough baking can be the most frustrating method of bread making in the world, however, without a doubt, it is the most rewarding once you have mastered the basics.

Sourdough is currently enjoying something of a renaissance, it is incredibly tasty and also exceptionally good for your gut health as a prebiotic, with a medium to low GI amongst many other benefits.

Sourdough baking is the oldest form of leaven baking in the world dating back over thousands of years. Ant's journey with sourdough is well documented and not quite that old! Starting in the first lockdown, Ant is self-taught as a baker, the Lockdown Bakery and bread round that Jo and Ant created became the stuff of local legends producing hundreds of loaves a week.

In this foodie experience, Ant will demystify sourdough and help get you started on your sourdough journey. During this fun and informative hands on experience you will give birth to your very own mother dough, make pizzas, pancakes and cookies all from sourdough.
